PocketGST Calc (“the App”) is an offline GST calculator for India developed and published by QalbIT Infotech Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it.

• No personal data is collected, stored, shared, or sold.
• The App does not use the internet and has no third-party SDKs (no analytics, ads, or trackers).
• All calculations occur on your device. Any values you enter remain on the device’s volatile memory only.

Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect or process any of the following:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other identifiers
• Financial, payment, or transaction information
• Location data, contacts, photos, media, or files
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or analytics events
• Crash logs or diagnostics sent to servers

Offline Operation & Network Access

The App is designed to function entirely offline. It does not make network requests and does not transmit information to us or to third parties.

Permissions

The App does not request sensitive device permissions. If future versions add optional features requiring permissions, they will be clearly disclosed in-app and on the store listing.

Children’s Privacy

The App is a general utility and does not target children. Because the App does not collect any personal data, it complies with COPPA and similar regulations regarding children’s data.

Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store personal information, requests to access, correct, delete, or export data generally do not apply. If you contact us, we will still assist with any privacy questions you may have.

Data Retention

No personal data is retained by us. Values typed into the App remain only on your device and are cleared when you close or reinstall the App, or clear its data.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product or legal changes. Updates will be posted at the policy URL with a new effective date.
